Crafts for Learning is the website of Kathy Ceceri, creator of the “Hands-On Learning” column for Home Education Magazine and a crafts designer and writer for FamilyFun magazine. A journalist for more than 15 years, Kathy also covers education and parenting topics for newspapers and magazines including The Albany (NY) Times Union, The (North Adams, MA) Advocate, Sesame Street Parents and Child. In addition to finishing up her first activity book, “World History Through Crafts” and working on two others, Kathy is editor of an upcoming guide to emergency homeschooling.
Kathy teaches several hands-on enrichment programs throughout the Capital District/Adirondack region of Upstate New York. Places she has presented her programs include:

• Schuyler House in the Saratoga National Historical ParkKathy studied art at Parsons School of Design and received her Bachelor’s in English Literature at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She lives with her husband and their two sons in Schuylerville, NY.
